Our Leadership
Philip Adams is the founder of Technical Management and Services, LLC and has over 30-years of successful experience in international procurement, contracts, engineering, technical advisory services, and project management.
Mr. Adams is retired from the United Nations (UN) where he worked within the Logistics Support Division and held several senior leadership roles including Chief of the Contracts Unit, and Chief of the Fuel Operations Unit that was responsible for procuring fuel to support international UN peacekeeping missions. He provided procurement, engineering and management advisory services to numerous international organizations including the World Bank, the United Kingdom Commonwealth Secretariat, Allussuise-Zurich (Sieromco Mines), Mobil Oil (now Exxon Mobil), and several non-government organizations (NGOs) in Africa.
Mr. Adams is a highly skilled and adept international professional with refined analytical skills and extensive international knowledge and working experience. He has lived and worked in the United States, the Caribbean, the Middle-East, Africa, Asia and Europe. Mr. Adams is a member of the American Institute of Industrial Engineers, the Institute of Supply Management and the US National Contract Management Association.
Mr. Adams holds an MBA with a specialization in management and finance, in addition to the Masters of Science in Industrial Engineering, and a Bachelors of Science in Engineering. Mr. Adams currently resides in the United States (Virginia) with his family.
